Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results LIVE: The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is leading in 291 seats, while the opposition INDIA bloc is ahead in 233 seats. To cross the majority mark, a party or coalition needs 272 seats. However, the BJP on its own is falling short of the majority mark and it would need considerable support from its allies, to maintain a majority in the Lok Sabha.
The BJP managed to win only 29 of 130 seats in South India in the last general elections, this election, however, has given different results
