Lok Sabha Elections Phase 3 Voting LIVE Updates: Over 10 per cent turnout has been recorded so far in the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections currently underway in 93 parliamentary constituencies across 11 states and Union Territories. The woman's body was recovered from a water tank in the staff quarters building, a report said, adding that preliminary probe revealed that the victim lived there with her husband and mother-in-law. Police suspect that the two allegedly murdered her and fled the spot, the report added.
