Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Phase 2 Voting LIVE Updates: Northeastern states are leading in poll turnout as 11 am data by the Election Commission of India showed over 36 per cent polling in Tripura, the highest among the states voting in the second phase, and over 33 per cent turnout in conflict-hit Manipur. West Bengal's turnout at 11 am stood at over 31 per cent, while Maharashtra's was the lowest at 18 per cent. Karnataka, where 14 constituencies are voting today, recorded a turnout of 22 per cent by 11 am, as per EC figures. Voting, which began at 7 am, is taking place in 88 constituencies across 13 states and Union Territories and will conclude at 6 pm.
