She also stated that they have called her a "gold digger" and accused her of having a relationship with Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

The 'O Saki Saki' fame actress further stated that it has caused her "a loss of financial gain and reputation". Citing the reason why she has filed the case is because of the ongoing ED case against Sukesh who was accused of conning a sum of Rs 200 crore that she has nothing to do with and she knows nothing about it.

"I have been made a scapegoat in this case in the media, to safeguard certain people’s image, because I am an outsider and I’m alone in this country," said Nora before the court and also wants compensation for the damage done to her "career and reputation", which she has "built relentlessly over the last 8 years".
