Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have finally confirmed their divorce as they released a joint statement on social media. They have also hit out at the 'speculative narratives' surrounding their marriage. In the statement, they also asked for 'privacy'.
Joe and Sophie decided to end their four years of marriage as the former filed for divorce on Tuesday, September 5.
The statement issued by Sophie and Joe read: "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage".
It further read: "There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

Joe, 34, and Sophie, 27, got married in Las Vegas in 2019. They have two daughters together. The elder is named, Willa and the second daughter is named “D.J.” as per the court documents.
