Has it helped your work?
As an LGBT activist, it’s good to track Twitter/Facebook/mail. In a crisis, people send messages even on social media. We even offer counselling over the phone, as LGBT individuals take a long time to come out. There are many Whatsapp groups that help. It is much easier to be in a relationship because of the privacy offered on the phone. It is also much easier to break up on the mobile!

A thousand times.
