In an era where artificial intelligence is reshaping industries at an unprecedented pace, Ridhima Lulla stands at the intersection of culture and code, a storyteller, entrepreneur and creative futurist redefining how entertainment is imagined, produced and experienced.
As Co-Founder of Eros Innovation and Immerso AI, Ridhima is part of a new generation of leaders building not just content, but infrastructure for the future of global storytelling.
From Film School to Future Architect
With academic roots at UCLA, the New York Film Academy and the London Film School, Ridhima’s journey began in the language of cinema but unlike many who remain within the traditional lanes of filmmaking, she expanded her creative lens to include technology as a co-creator.
Her education shaped a rare dual perspective: the emotional instinct of an artist combined with the strategic foresight of a business leader. This blend would become central to her work, building content that resonates globally while anticipating the next evolution of media.
At Eros, she has played a pivotal role in curating and producing a critically acclaimed slate of films and series, reinforcing the company’s standing as a powerhouse in entertainment. Yet her vision extends far beyond traditional production models.
At the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, Eros Innovation unveiled Eros Universe, an AI-powered creator economy platform built on what the company calls Large Cultural Models (LCMs).
The announcement marked what the company described as the first institutional deployment of culturally trained AI infrastructure originating from India.
Developed by ErosGenAI, the platform introduces a framework that goes beyond general-purpose large language models by embedding Cultural memory, Narrative grammar, Emotional arcs and Regional storytelling nuances.
For Ridhima, this is not just a technological milestone, it is a philosophical shift.
She believes AI should not replace human creativity but amplify it. By grounding AI in cultural context and intellectual property frameworks, she is helping build a rights-led creator economy where innovation and protection coexist.
Democratizing the Creator Economy
At the heart of Eros Universe is economic inclusion.
The platform provides creators, particularly from Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, with AI-assisted storytelling tools within IP-protected environments. Backed by access to over 12,000 films and 100,000 characters, the ecosystem enables structured participation in the digital economy.
The launch was accompanied by a $5 million Global Creator Acceleration Program supporting AI-native films, series and music projects, a move that positions India not merely as a consumer of AI technologies, but as a contributor of culturally grounded AI infrastructure.
Ridhima’s leadership in this space reflects a larger ambition: to make storytelling borderless, technologically empowered and economically inclusive.
The mission is clear: bridge the gap between artistic expression and technological capability, unlocking new formats of storytelling that were previously impossible.
Purpose Beyond Profit
Beyond business and innovation, Ridhima serves as a board member of Make-A-Wish Foundation India, reflecting her commitment to philanthropy and impact.
Her involvement underscores a leadership philosophy rooted in responsibility that technology and enterprise must ultimately serve human aspiration.
A Vision for the Digital Age
At a time when debates around AI oscillate between fear and fascination, Ridhima Lulla represents a grounded, culturally anchored approach. Her work suggests that the future of entertainment will not be defined solely by algorithms or studios, but by ecosystems where technology respects narrative heritage and empowers creators.
With visionary leadership, strategic foresight and a deep reverence for storytelling, she continues to pioneer a new paradigm: one where artificial intelligence becomes a cultural collaborator, and where India emerges as a global architect of AI-driven creativity.
