He identified the name to New Zealand radio a few weeks ago. According to him, it was the former Indian all-rounder Manoj Prabhakar. When Outlook contacted Morrison, he said: Look, it was in the corridor that we bumped into each other. It was just in the passing. He asked whether I would be willing to do it and I was like 'what for?' At that time nobody had an idea about these things. It's only after the Australian incident involving Mark Waugh and Shane Warne that these things are swelling up. Actually, the incident was so much in the passing that I'd hate it if some harm were to come to the player now.

In Delhi, without responding to Morrison particularly, Manoj Prabhakar had this to say: The facts first narrated by me have been proven true by subsequent events and disclosures made all over the world. This obviously is hurting a lot of vested interests. People have therefore been trying to get even with me. His lawyer Nidhesh Gupta, however, refused to comment.
