There have been offers to acquire OnTrac, but Venkatesan says he has no plans to sell the company, which has 35 clients. "We have an international delivery capability and conducted courses in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, China and the Philippines. In five years, we see ourselves as a dominant player in the area of training outsourcing," he says. He feels that "B-school taught me a lot more fundamental skills by opening my mind to amazing possibilities. And having past work experience helped to learn how to work in a team and how various parts of the company work."
