Post-Truth Dares
When Robert Rubin, the former Goldman Sachs co-chairman and the US Secretary of Treasury, penned his memoirs, In An Uncertain World, he talked about the world in general and his life in particular. However, he failed to mention that the most chaotic and tumultuous periods in a person’s life are the teenage years. Unable to grapple with extreme changes – physical, emotional, intellectual, and sexual (partly spiritual) – they either hide their selves or over-experiment. This may explain why the youth love to play Truth or Dare.
