If I had any warning how bad things were getting, I would definitely have taken the project that they offered me in Hyderabad a few months ago. But I didn’t want to leave Bangalore and my bosses didn’t have a problem even though I was benched. My first priority just now is to find a job as soon as I can. My first job interview was set up for yesterday, but when I went for the interview, they postponed it, saying they were busy. I am anxious to find another job soon so that I don’t have to tell people I lost my job. Most people don’t understand that this is something that is happening in the whole IT sector, they tend to look down on you. I haven’t told anybody as yet, except my parents in Kerala.
