The International Kite Festival 2023 is being held at Dholera near Gujarat's Ahmedabad. The festival has been held since 1989. It brings master kite makers and flyers from all over the world to demonstrate their skills with colourful and uniquely designed kites. In the past, expert kite makers have come to the festival from Malaysia, Indonesia, the United States, China, and Japan, among other countries.
