Dropped by DSouza at long-on. Oh! you can't do that. Azmatullah skies it, DSouze dives to his right, gets the hands underneath but drops it. It was an easy catch, should've taken that.

Ibrahim Zadran smashes two sixes in Junaid Siddique's over. And that's what he does in the death overs. That's not a great sign for the UAE bowlers.

What a brilliant last over by Junaid Siddique. He goes for yorkers only missed three out of six, still manages to let the batters silent. Afghanistan batters have done a great job in the first innings. 188 is a good total, although it could've been 200 but still, it looks enough.

Fazalhaq Farooqi did what he does. He dismisses Muhammad Zohaib on just 7 runs.

Muhammad Wasim continues his attack, smashes a magnificent half century and it's his 17th 50 as a captain, 2nd most by any captain after Babar Azam who has 26 half-centuries as a captain.

Sharafuddin Ashraf traps a big fish!!!! Short ball by Sharafuddin Ashraf, Muhammad Waseem goes for a pull and the top edge has been taken by Mujeeb at short fine leg. Walks back after playing a fine knock does the UAE captain.

Sharafuddin Ashraf gets his second wicket of the match. And it's a superb catch at the long-off boundary. Azmatullah nearly overran it as he moved to his right but he managed to recover. Ended up reaching out to his left, against his momentum, and with his feet in the air, and grabbed it with the reverse cup. Brilliant work.

Muhammad Waseem gave a brilliant start to UAE but the other batters couldn't contribute much. Rashid Khan and Sharafuddin Ashraf picked up three wickets each, brought back Afghanistan back into the game.
