The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday announced the schedule of the T20 World Cup 2024 to be held in the USA and West Indies in June-July. However, everyone's eyes are fixated on the blockbuster fixture that is - India vs Pakistan that will be played out on June 9 in New York, USA. (More Cricket News)
The clash is set to take place at Eisenhower Park but the construction for the stadium is yet begin. As per cricket journalist Peter Della Penna, the construction at Eisenhower Park will not begin until February.

The tournament is less than six months away and with the current situation at Eisenhower Park really under dark clouds, the situation raises serious doubts as to whether the iconic cricket match will be hosted at the Park.
Another worry is the capacity of the ground. India vs Pakistan in the past have attracted thousands of spectators from both sets of countries and there are still doubts whether the venue will accomodate fans from both countries as well as neutrals.
