In an empathetic move to alleviate the hardships caused by the devastating floods and incessant rains, Haryana's Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, personally intervened to provide much-needed financial assistance to the families who tragically lost their loved ones in rain-related incidents. A total of 35 lives were lost in these unfortunate events, prompting the state government to take immediate action.

Understanding the gravity of the situation and the urgent need for support, the Haryana government swiftly announced an ex gratia of Rs 4 lakh to the kin of the deceased.
