When people refer to me as the "father of Bhavna" or the one who "built it from the ground up," I smile. It’s a compliment, but the truth is, Bhavna wasn’t built in ten years. Like many immigrants, I came to the United States with little more than hope and a deep belief in the power of education. I earned my degrees, but my real education came from working four decades in the tech industry, climbing from engineer to executive and learning to lead in an industry that never stands still.
Bhavna didn’t begin with a grand strategy. It came together over years, shaped by real-world experience, constant reinvention, and the people who shared that journey with me.
