A career shaped by cross-border markets, long-term execution and trust built one relationship at a time.
In conversations about global expansion, speed and scale are often treated as the primary indicators of success. New tools promise faster outreach, quicker pipelines and instant market access. But Aditi Aggarwal’s career tells a different story, one shaped by the belief that durable global growth comes from preparation, timing and a deep understanding of how decisions are actually made across markets globally.
With 19+ years of experience spanning the India–United States–Australia corridors and working across multiple global markets including Asia, UK and Europe, Aditi has worked at the intersection of enterprise, government, fintech, SaaS and now AI. Across these environments, she has launched global premium brands, advised growth-stage companies and built ecosystems of trust that underpin successful go-to-market strategies. Her work reflects a consistent throughline: global expansion works best when ambition is matched with structure and clarity.
Her early career was forged in high-pressure commercial environments where orchestration across stakeholders was not optional, it was the job. As part of the core commercial team responsible for launching Formula One in India, Aditi worked across partnerships, revenue and client experience on one of the most complex sporting and business launches the country had seen. Coordinating global rights holders, sponsors, government bodies and large-scale operations sharpened her instincts around timing, sequencing and multi-stakeholder decision-making skills that would later become central to her global GTM work.
That foundation carried into her tenure at American Express ,where she was part of the launch team for the Centurion program in India. Working closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, industrialists and senior business leaders across geographies globally, Aditi managed 600+ Centurion relationships and contributed meaningfully to the national business. The role deepened her expertise in trust-based selling, long-term relationship stewardship and executive-level decision dynamics. Her performance was recognised with the Pinnacle Award, American Express’ President’s Excellence Award for account management.
A pivotal chapter followed with her appointment to the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, where she became one of the youngest Directors in the organisation. Based across Bengaluru and Melbourne, Aditi worked closely with government bodies, global institutions and high-growth companies to enable cross-border market entry across multiple international markets. Her work spanned foreign direct investment, enterprise sales strategy, education partnerships and national-level trade initiatives. She led international delegations, advised Australian technology and education companies entering India and helped design partnership-led frameworks focused on sustainable market access rather than short-term wins.
As fintech and SaaS ecosystems accelerated, Aditi moved closer to the uncertainty and velocity of early-stage growth. At Recur Club, she built the partnerships and growth engine from the ground up as Global Head of Growth. Rather than relying on traditional outbound motions, she designed event-led and community-driven GTM strategies that resulted in 100+ active strategic partnerships. These relationships evolved into sustained revenue channels and became a defining part of the company’s market presence across global markets.
Across these roles, Aditi steadily built and stewarded a global network of 1,000+ founders & investors across the US, India, Australia, UK, EU and emerging markets. This relationship capital, developed over years across enterprise, government, and startup ecosystems now forms the backbone of her GTM work. It is this network combined with execution experience that allows her to operate as both strategist and operator for companies navigating complex international expansion.
These experiences converged in 2023 with the founding of GTM Unbound. Rather than creating another consulting firm, Aditi designed GTM Unbound as an ecosystem built around a recurring pattern she had observed across markets globally: strong products failing to scale not because of lack of demand but because of unclear positioning, poor timing, fragmented execution and ecosystem support.
“Go-to-market failures across global markets are rarely about product–market fit alone,” Aditi notes. “They usually come from misalignment, how decisions are made, how trust is earned and how accountability is shared across markets. Teams that understand these differences early build GTM systems that scale with far less friction.”
Through GTM Unbound, Aditi has advised and supported 15+ SaaS and AI companies and 4+ fintech platforms. Founders are guided through market validation, pricing logic, distribution planning and execution readiness before entering new geographies. The emphasis is on preparation and partner alignment reducing avoidable friction once companies scale internationally. The outcomes increasingly show up in sharper investor conversations, stronger partner confidence and faster learning cycles across markets.
Alongside this work, Aditi serves as an advisor and market board member to global SaaS and fintech platforms entering multiple international markets including India, the US, UK, Europe and Asia. Her involvement spans investor alignment, fundraising narratives, partnership strategy and international expansion often acting as the connective tissue between ambition and operational reality.
What connects every phase of Aditi Aggarwal’s career is a consistent refusal to treat speed as a substitute for clarity. From launching 5+ global premium brands like Formula One and Amex Centurion, to government-led trade initiatives, startup growth engines and now global SaaS expansion across diverse international markets, her work reflects a belief that trust is built deliberately and that context matters as much as execution.
As Indian companies look outward and global companies seek to enter emerging markets and established global regions such as the US, UK, Europe and Asia, the need for leaders who understand both ambition and structure is becoming increasingly pronounced. Through a career shaped across sectors, borders and through the ecosystem she has built at GTM Unbound, Aditi Aggarwal represents a generation of operators helping ideas earn their place on the global stage with intention rather than haste.
