Vaishnavi Dhanraj, who has been part of some popular shows like ‘CID’ and ‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’ has gone on social media to accuse her family of physical violence. Vaishnavi Dhanraj has claimed that she was being physically tormented by members of her family. In the video, she can be seen asking for help from people watching the video, her fans, members of the media and everyone else as well. She claims to be seated in a police station at the time of making the video. The video is horrifying, to say the least.
Accusations On Family
Vaishnavi Dhanraj took to social media to share a video from the Kashimira Police Station in Mira Road. She spoke quite strongly in the video. She said, “Hi, this is Vaishnavi Dhanraj. I really need help right now. I'm in Kashimira police station and I've been abused by my family and I'm hit very badly. Please I need help from everybody from the media, news channels, and everybody in the industry. Please come and help me.”

If you look closely the video shows her having received injury marks not just on her face but even on her body. A bruised lip and an injury in the right-hand wrist are shown on camera.
Abusive Marriage
Vaishnavi Dhanraj was hitched to Nitin Sherawat back in 2016. He too is an actor. In an earlier interview with Spotboye.com, Vaishnavi Dhanraj had said that she had divorced her husband for constant domestic violence. She also had claimed that she had tried to save her marriage by going to a marriage counsellor with her husband, but it was all in vain as things didn’t work out for the better.

At one point, she had to elope from the house, as she couldn’t take it anymore. After that, she divorced him finally. “He wouldn’t have killed me probably, but I got so scared that I ran away from the house. He had beaten me so badly that my leg was bleeding. That was my last day as his wife- emotionally, physically, and mentally. I eventually got a divorce,” she had said in the interview.

Vaishnavi Dhanraj has not only been a popular actress in shows like ‘CID’ and ‘Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal’, but she has also done roles in numerous other shows. She was a part of ‘Beyhadh’, ‘Bepannah’, ‘Navrangi Re’, and ‘Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha’.
