- Decriminalise certain crimes such as traffic offences causing no bodily injury, and make others criminal, especially economic offences.
- Focus on more heinous crimes and do not allow more than three postponements during a trial. Dispose of minor crimes if not processed in a year.
- Create a corruption helpline. All newspapers should carry a weekly column on corruption, following cases till solved.
- Create a new social work group of retired people and housewives who monitor public utility services.
- Create Jan Sunvais. Encourage administrative simplicity.
- Increase transparency. Every organisation must list out vacancies, etc on line. CAG should audit all political parties.
- Encourage whistle blowers.
- All organisations should be evaluated on corruption indicators by civic groups.
- Add ten of your own. But remember corruption saved lives in concentration camps and during Emergency.
