Ropeway Project At Vantawng Falls To Offer Aerial Views Of Mizoram’s Highest Waterfall

Mizram is moving ahead with ropeway projects under the Parvatmala Pariyojana, including a ₹34.5 crore plan at Vantawng Falls and a proposed urban link between Aizawl and Lengpui to ease congestion and improve connectivity.

Mizoram is moving ahead with a number of ropeway projects as part of the Parvatmala Pariyojana, with the twin aim of improving connectivity in its hill terrain and drawing more visitors. One of the headline projects is a INR 34.50 crore ropeway at Vantawng Falls, the state’s tallest waterfall and among its best-known natural sites.
