The Surajkund International Crafts Mela is underway, marking its 37th edition as a cultural celebration. Hosted annually in February by the Haryana Tourism Department at Surajkund, this event serves as a unifying platform for India's esteemed artists.
The fair, located at the historical Surajkund, known as the 'Lake of the Sun,' holds significance as an ancient reservoir constructed by King Suraj Pal of the Tomar dynasty in the 10th century. The event is gaining popularity for its diverse attractions, drawing participants from over 20 countries across South Asia, Africa, and Europe.
