It didn’t rise much, and Sediqullah Atal went hard at it, trying to cut but getting a thick slice instead. The ball looped toward deep backward point where Tanzid Hasan made a bit of a meal of it initially, juggling on the first attempt, but composed himself quickly to complete the catch on the second grab. He only manages a top-edge, sending the ball looping toward fine leg. Nasum Ahmed reads it perfectly, sprints in, and executes a superb reverse-cupped catch right near the boundary. Rashid goes for 12.

What a sensational over for Tanzim Hasan Sakib! Back-to-back wickets as Abdullah Ahmadzai walks back for a duck. A back-of-a-length delivery on off, slowing slightly on the surface, tempts Ahmadzai to play a flat shot. But he only manages to connect with the toe-end, sending it straight to mid-on. Saifuddin reacts sharply, gets low, and takes a well-judged catch. That’s two in two for Sakib. Ahmadzai goes without scoring.

A 100kph floated full delivery outside off tempts Darwish Rasooli to go after it, but he can only manage an outside edge.
