An AN-32 plane lands on the newly inaugurated resurfaced runway at Vijaynagar ALG, one of the remotest circle of Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh. Air Officer Commanding in Chief of Eastern Air Command Air Marshal R D Mathur along with General Officer Commanding in Chief of Eastern Command Lt Gen Anil Chauhan inaugurated the runway.
