Ms. Wagle’s most recent achievements highlight the international stature of her design work. During her work at Tambourine, she was appointed as the Lead Designer for the Nevis Tourism Authority in the Caribbean. She has been leading the application of Nevis’s new branding across all digital and print platforms. The rebrand was unveiled globally in New York City’s Paley Center for Media, for which Ms. Wagle designed the invitations, bags, red carpet banners, and merchandise. Her design leadership during the 2025 Nevis Mango Festival was central to the event’s record-shattering success, as boldly creative collateral reached over a million viewers online and contributed to a 65 percent surge in attendance alongside a 155 percent increase in ticket revenue. The festival’s vibrant branding was celebrated by media outlets such as Forbes and Rolling Stone. Wagle’s design extended to print, digital, and experiential designs—from banners seen by tens of thousands at airports to chef aprons and collectible merchandise, all applauded for helping the event reach new peaks of engagement, economic impact, and global reach.

Soumya led the ideation and experimentation process to design the brand identity of the prestigious “The 2024 Future Perfect 50” for Vox Media. This annual list honors fifty global leaders in innovation and advancing topics ranging from climate action to AI ethics. She created and presented branding directions to the Vox team, closely collaborating with their Art Director to develop the striking design for the project. Her branding was featured on Vox’s international sites and drove engagement with millions of readers and listeners, amplifying the recognition of icons such as Christopher Nolan and Billie Eilish. This high-profile initiative received widespread citation in academic and policy circles, and her design expertise was crucial to the campaign’s global resonance.

Her international stature is affirmed by a string of prestigious awards. In 2023, Wagle was honored twice by the International Design Awards—receiving an Honorable Mention in Graphic Design and clinching the Bronze Winner title in Print & Packaging Design.
