The Uttar Pradesh Government is all set to convert the Ranipur Tiger Reserve in Chitrakoot into a thriving eco-tourism destination. A comprehensive action plan has been devised, and the Forest Department has already initiated project implementation.
According to a government spokesperson, an estimated INR 38 lakh has been earmarked to upgrade tourist facilities within the reserve and bolster infrastructure in the surrounding buffer zone. Directives from the Deputy Director of the Ranipur Tiger Reserve/Divisional Officer in Chitrakoot have been instrumental in facilitating these endeavours.
