After seven successive days of winning at least a gold medal, the Indian contingent at the 2023 Asian Games failed to collect a 'yellow' medal in Hangzhou, China on Monday, October 2. Yet, India still ended up adding seven more medals to its ever-growing tally, which stood at 60 at the close of Day 9. Here are the medallists: Parul Chaudhary in women's 3000m steeplechase, Ancy Sojan in women's long jump, mixed 4×400m relay team of Muhammad Ajmal, Vithya Ramraj, Rajesh Ramesh and Subha Venkatesan -- all silver; men's speed skating 3,000m relay team (Vikram Ingale, Siddhant Kamble, Aryanpal Singh Ghuman and Anand Kumar), women's speed skating 3,000m relay team (Aarathy Kasturi Raj, Heeral Sadhu, Karthika Jagadeeshwaran and Sanjana Bathula), women's doubles tennis pair (Sutirtha and Ayhika Mukherjee) and Priti Lamba in women's 3000m steeplechase -- all bronze.
