Sonnalli Seygall is known for her great physique and her strict fitness routine is what most of her fans envy and wish to adopt in their everyday life. She has been an inspiration to many when it comes to health and fitness. Now that she is hitched to longtime boyfriend Ashesh Sajnani, will her fitness regimen change? Or on the contrary, is she inspiring Ashesh Sajnani when it comes to taking care of his health and fitness?

“I think in terms of health and fitness I do inspire Ashesh. In our last 6.5 years, there have been a lot of changes in his life which have happened because of my lifestyle I would like to believe. He has taken on yoga since we started dating. He started working out more and eating healthy and things like that,” says Sonnalli Seygall.

Reverting to the post-marriage changes, Sonnalli Seygall says, “Now, post-marriage, it’s a bit reverse. It’s been 2.5 months and we have had so many dinner invitations and events to go for. We have been sleeping late and that’s a bit off balance for me. Going from sleeping at 10-10:30 and waking up at 6-6:30, to now going to sleep at 1 and waking up late. But it’s okay, I am allowing myself that time. I have been reading a lot. But it’s okay, I keep taking these breaks from time to time. I’ll be traveling now and I am not going to be rigid about these things. There’s always a balance in my life, always a moderation. It’s still not all unhealthy and nothing healthy. I still find time to work out, be active and stay active.”

“One thing is there that since I have started living here permanently after marriage, there has been a change in the kind of food we consume. Ashesh literally has no choice and he will get his safed pethe ka ashguard juice in the morning, he will get his garlic pods and almonds and he has to eat it. So, in that sense, he starts eating a bit healthy and we do our little yoga at home and things like that,” concludes Sonnalli Seygall.
