Singer-songwriter Billie Eilish opened up about her sexuality in a recent interview. Billie revealed that she is ''physically attracted'' to women. Apart from her songs, she often grabs the headlines either for her distinctive style, her clothes or her relationships. In the new interview, she spoke about gender identity, femininity, double standards and a lot more.

The 'Ocean Eyes' singer, who's on the cover of Variety's "Power of Women" issue, told the magazine that she always assumed that other women don't like her.

She said, “I’ve never really felt like I could relate to girls very well'' and added, “I love them so much. I love them as people. I’m attracted to them as people. I’m attracted to them for real.”

The 21-year-old singer also said that she has deep connections with women, friends and family in her life. "I'm physically attracted to them. But I'm also so intimidated by them and their beauty and their presence, she added.

The Grammy award-winning singer did not openly label her sexuality, but the interviewer described her quote as a "revelation."

However, Insider.com contacted a representative of Eilish but there was no response.

In the same interview with Variety, Eilish revealed that she uses she/her pronouns, despite her challenging relationship with femininity.

"I've never felt like a woman, to be honest with you. I've never felt desirable. I've never felt feminine. I have to convince myself that I'm, like, a pretty girl," she said. "I identify as 'she/her' and things like that, but I've never really felt like a girl," she said.
