The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has opened a new signal-free road connecting the SEBI Building to Avenue-5 in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). This new stretch passes under the BKC connector and Avenue-3 (near WeWork), making commutes faster and easier for everyone heading through the area.

This 180-meter road was completed in record time—just three and a half months, half the originally planned deadline. It’s designed to reduce traffic congestion at key junctions like BKC One and the BKC Connector.
