Dining Amid The Aravallis: Inside The Leela Palace Jaipur’s Culinary Experiences

It seemed like a coincidence. As conversations around the threat to their existence and increasing fragility grew, the Aravalli hills had been all over my feed. And then, almost without ceremony, I was travelling by the road from Delhi to Jaipur, witnessing the same majestic peaks rolling past the car window.
