NLS 2025: Akshay Gupta Earns Podium Finish In Nürburgring, Tests Aston Martin GT4 For 2026

Indian driver Akshay Gupta secured a podium finish in the final round of the VT2-F+4WD class in ADAC Nurburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS) 2025 on October 16. Gupta was driving the 491 Hyundai i30N for Stenle Marketing Mertens Motorsport. His team overcame several setbacks, including penalties and suspensions, to secure the hard-fought third-place finish. The young endurance racer revealed he had "tested with ProSport Racing in their Aston Martin Vantage GT4" during practice on Friday. However, Gupta admitted that it "hurts" to finish low after being "front-runners to fight for the overall championship".
