A second FIR has been registered by the Mumbai Police on Thursday against The Viral Fever (TVF) founder-CEO Arunabh Kumar on charges of sexual harassment.
The allegation was made by a struggling actor in her early 20s in a molestation case that dates back to 2014 and was filed under section 354 of the IPC, said a Hindustan Times report.

This comes just a day after police registered first complaint against Kumar, weeks after allegations levelled against him on the social media.

The 34-year-old social media star has been the centre of controversy after a woman detailed a series of sexual harrasment she underwent while working with his venture, in an anonymous blog post. Her post immediately went viral and other women came forward with similar accusations.

While Kumar still remains untraceable, the dedicated police team has launched the drive and is determined to track him down soon.

"We will be trying to get in touch with all the people present at the time of the incident in Arunabh’s office for leads in the case. We are trying to talk to who all worked in the office at that point of time," a police official was quoted saying to the paper.
