Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra have become parents. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on Tuesday (July 15). They have now announced the arrival of their daughter on social media, with a heartwarming note.

On Wednesday, the new parents shared a joint note on Instagram. The sweet note was captioned with a folded hand, a heart and an evil eye emoji. It has hues of pink, with hearts and stars and 'Baby Girl' written on it in golden.
It read, "Our hearts are full and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a baby girl (sic)", with "Kiara and Sidharth" written in the end.
The statement came after reports claimed that Sidharth and Kiara have welcomed a baby girl. A source told Hindustan Times that Kiara had a normal delivery in Reliance Hospital in Mumbai.

In February this year, the couple announced the news of their pregnancy via a social media post. Taking to their Instagram handles, they shared a picture in which they were seen holding a pair of cute baby socks. The caption in the post read: "The greatest gift of our lives (baby emoji) Coming soon (heart, evil eye, folded hands emojis)."
In May, Kiara made her Cannes debut, where she flaunted her baby bump.
Sidharth and Kiara wedding
After dating for years, they tied the knot in 2023, in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. In 2021, they shared the same screen space in Shershaah.
On the work front, Kiara will be seen in Ayan Mukerji's War 2. The movie stars Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan in lead roles. It will hit theatres on August 14. Sidharth's next is Param Sundari, with Janhvi Kapoor, which is scheduled for release on October 10. He also has Vvan: Force of the Forest, which is releasing in 2026.
