Kevin Turen, Producer Of 'Euphoria' And 'The Idol', Passes Away At 44

Kevin Turen, the producer of 'Euphoria' and 'The Idol' passed away at the age of 44. He is survived by his wife, Evelina, and his two sons-Jack and James.

Kevin Turen, one of the founders of Little Lamb Productions, breathed his last at the age of 44. He was the producer of HBO's 'Euphoria' and 'The Idol'. As per a report in Deadline, the cause of his death is not known yet. It was a sudden death over the weekend. 

Kevin is survived by his wife, Evelina, and his two sons-Jack and James. 

Jay Penske, CEO of PMC, who is a close friend of Kevin, said in a statement, "Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, Kevin’s greatest passion was his family and friends. He was so proud of his children. He and his wife, Evelina, were resolved that their children grow up with great values and ensured they make a difference in the broader world. Our collective heart breaks for them, and we all feel such a profound sense of loss.'' He added, ''We will miss Kevin so much, and this town lost one of its brightest rising stars today.”

Kevin was born on August 16, 1979, in New York City. He studied cinema at Columbia University before moving out to Los Angeles. With Sam Levinson and Ashley Levinson. Together, he co-founded Little Lamb Productions, which produced the HBO drama series 'Euphoria'. It starred Zendaya, Hunter Schrafer, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, and Maude Apatow. 

He also produced 'The Idol' and the film 'Pieces of a Woman'. Kevin also had a close association with Ti West and produced 'X' and 'Pearl' starring Mia Goth as the lead.
