Praful Patel said the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) was ready to go with the 'Mahagathbandhan' (mega alliance) of the RJD-Congress in the eastern state, but it was not ceded a single seat by the opposition combine.
The former chief minister, who is lodged in a Ranchi jail in connection with fodder scam cases, also said the central government has given 'zero' to the dispensation in Bihar, referring to a recent NITI Aayog report.
The 'mahagathbandhan' in Bihar on Friday announced the seats to be contested by each of the alliance partners -- the RJD, Congress, RLSP, HAM and VIP -- in phases three to seven of the general elections.
