It was another memorable evening of martial arts action, as ONE Fight Night 9: Nong-O vs. Haggerty produced a number of huge upsets to highlight a thrilling card at the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, this past Friday, April 21.
In the main event, British superstar Jonathan Haggerty pulled off one of the biggest upsets in the organization’s history when he stunned longtime ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nong-O Hama with a crushing first-round knockout.
The sport’s former flyweight king claimed his second World Title in the striking art by dropping the Thai legend three times in the opening frame with his lightning-fast boxing.

Also, in the co-main event, undefeated Turkish knockout artist Halil Amir continued his winning ways, as he handed tenacious Swiss debutant Maurice Abevi the first loss of his MMA career.
