In 1992, dentist Ricardo Barreda murdered his wife, his two daughters and his mother-in-law inside their family home. What followed was an extraordinary media frenzy in which Barreda attempted to present himself as the victim of years of verbal abuse and humiliation. Baredda shifts the focus back towards the four women who were killed, examining how the narrative around the case became distorted and how a murderer was able to manipulate public sympathy.
