Karan Johar's comeback directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, which stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, has been postponed for the second time. The rom-com, which was originally scheduled for February 11, was pushed to April 29 to avoid clashing with Kartik Aaryan's ‘Shehzada’. But when Mani Ratnam announced his directorial ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ aka ‘PS-2’ for April 29 release, Karan too announced that his project has been postponed to July 28, 2023.

Sharing the same on social media, Karan wrote, "They say ‘sabr ka phal meetha hota hai’, so to increase the mithaas of this incredibly special story - we're coming with a whole lot of love! After 7 years, it's time for me to return to my first home - the cinemas. I had the absolute honour of working with not one, but many illustrious actors on the set of my 7th film.
