Rajasthan Royals
Rajasthan Royals (RR) won the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2008, but have not been able to lay their hands on the trophy since. RR were recently acquired by a Kal Somani-led consortium for 1.63 billion US dollars. They will be captained by top-order batter Riyan Parag in IPL 2026 and coached by Sri Lanka legend Kumar Sangakkara.
