Shreyas Talpade's Wife Deepti Shares Health Update, Says 'He Is In Stable Condition'

Shreyas Talpade's wife Deepti Talpade took to her Instagram handle and released a statement where she expressed her gratitude to all who showed concern for the actor.

On Thursday, December 14, actor Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack. He was shooting for his upcoming film, 'Welcome To Jungle' where he had uneasiness. He was admitted to Bellevue Hospital in Mumbai where the 47-year-old actor underwent angioplasty. The hospital confirmed that the procedure was done at around 10 pm. Now, the 'Golmaal' actor's wife Deepti Talpade has shared his health update. 

On Friday, Deepti took to her Instagram handle and released a statement where she expressed her gratitude to all who showed concern for Shreyas. She also informed everyone that her husband is now in stable condition and will be discharged soon. 

The statement read, "Dear friends and media, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming concern and well-wishes following the recent health scare my husband experienced. I'm relieved to update everyone that he is now in stable condition and will be discharged in a few days. The medical team's exceptional care and timely response have been instrumental during this time, and we are grateful for their expertise."

Deepti also requested for the privacy of their family. "We kindly request respect of our privacy as he continues his recovery. Your unwavering support has been a tremendous source of strength for both of us. Warm regards, Deepti Shreyas Talpade,'' she added.

On Thursday, a hospital official told PTI, "He was brought to the hospital late last evening and an angioplasty was performed last night. He is fine. He is in the ICU."

Shreyas Talpade is one of the finest actors. He is known for his works like 'Dor', 'Iqbal', 'Om Shanti Om', 'Housefull 2' and 'Golmaal' series among others. He will be next seen in Akshay Kumar starrer 'Welcome To The Jungle' and Kangana Ranaut's 'Emergency'.
