Due to the Screen Actors' Guild strike, the shoot of Priyanka Chopra starrer 'Heads Of State' has come to a halt as per reports. Due to the strike, Hollywood actors are not allowed to shoot their projects or promote their films. This has affected Priyanka's movie as well. 'Heads of State' also stars John Cena and Idris Elba in pivotal roles.

Priyanka Chopra is also a member of SAG-AFTRA and like other Hollywood stars she is also not allowed to shoot for her films or any TV projects. It will continue till the strike ends.

For the unversed, SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) has joined hands with the Writers Guild of America (WGA) in the first industry-wide walkout in 63 years over pay cuts and AI threat. Tom Cruise, Angelina Jolie, Bob Odenkirk, Cynthia Nixon, Kumail Nanjiani, Johnny Depp, Meryl Streep, Ben Stiller, Colin Farrell and Jamie Lee Curtis among others have backed the strike.

It is said that the strike might continue until the end of September. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

Coming back to 'Heads Of State', it was in May this year Priyanka gave a sneak peek of her look of her upcoming project on her Instagram handle.
