Many celebrities have taken to their social media to show how they spent the first day of 2024. A new addition to the list is Deepika Padukone. On Monday evening, the actress, who is on a vacation in an undisclosed place, also took to Instagram to share her New Year celebrations.
In a series of photos and videos, Deepika Padukone spent January 1 surrounded by the serene nature. She gave glimpses of a sunset on a beach, the greenery of the nature, her day at the pool and a glowing selfie of herself. She also shared a photo of two chilled drinks that she enjoyed with actor-husband Ranveer Singh. “A magical 1 of 366… yup, it’s a leap year!” she wrote.

Quickly, her biggest fanboy, Ranveer, took to the comment section and wrote "Hi bestie." Soon after, many fans commented, "That last picture. Oh my God...." Another wrote, "Beautiful, but take a picture with Ranveer."
On December 31, the 'Pathaan' actress shared a year-end video montage featuring memorable and special moments of 2023 from her professional life.
Back in November, Ranveer and Deepika were in Belgium to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary. The two got married in November 2018 after dating for six years.
On the professional front, Deepika has a bunch of projects. She will be seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' opposite Prabhas; 'Fighter' alongside Hrithik Roshan, releasing on January 25; 'The Intern' co-starring Amitabh Bachchan; as well as 'Singham Again' along with Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
