IndiGo Airlines: Guwahati-Bound Flight Diverted To Dhaka Due To Fog, Poor Visibility

As per media reports, the Guwahati-bound IndiGo flight 6E5319 had departed from Mumbai before it was diverted to Dhaka due to poor visibility.

Owing to poor visibility caused by heavy fog, a Guwahati-bound IndiGo flight was on Thursday diverted to Dhaka in Bangladesh. As per media reports, the IndiGo flight 6E5319 had taken off from Mumbai.

"I took @IndiGo6E flight 6E 5319 from Mumbai to Guwahati. But due to dense fog, the flight couldn't land in Guwahati. Instead, it landed in Dhaka. Now all the passengers are in Bangladesh without their passports, we are inside the plane," posts @SurajThakurINC. pic.twitter.com/J7IgBBCqqc

Meanwhile, the minimum temperature in Delhi dropped to 3.6 degrees Celsius on Saturday, as the national capital recorded its coldest morning this winter season.

The weather department has issued a red alert for Delhi, Punjab and Haryana for Saturday, due to the prevailing cold wave conditions.
