'Animal': Bobby Deol Slammed For Visiting Gurudwara In A Shirt With Buttons Opened

Bobby Deol received flak on social media for visiting Bangla Sahib Gurudwara in Delhi wearing a shirt leaving a few buttons open. He visited the Gurudwara to seek blessings for his upcoming film, 'Animal'.

Actor Bobby Deol along with the 'Animal' team visited Bangla Sahib Gurudwara in Delhi to seek blessings. Ranbir Kapoor, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and Bhushan Kumar accompanied Bobby. 

Deol irked a section of netizens for the outfit he donned to visit Gurudwara. The actor was seen wearing a light pink shirt with buttons open, and a pair of black pants. Netizens didn't approve of his look as they found it indecent for a Gurudwara visit. 

A netizen shared the video on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter) and wrote, "A question to Bobby Deol Will you go like this to meet PM or CM or Ambani Adani Here you are going to GuruGhar .. have some respect Button up."

Many lauded Ranbir for wearing a kurta to Gurudwara. Slamming Bobby one user wrote, "Why didn't Gurdwara sevadaar and authorities said this to him to button up? Whenever any normal person visit there They set long guidelines which need to be adhered to." Another commented, ''We are not talking about pics here but shirt with buttons opened up … is this the way he goes to meet PM or CM … here he is going to GuruGhar Whether Mandir Masjid or Gurudwara or Church .. dress up decently''. ''Shame on you,'' wrote one user. 

Talking about 'Animal', the trailer was unveiled recently and it received an overwhelming response. The film revolves around a father-son relationship played by Anil Kapoor and Ranbir. In the trailer, we see Bobby and Ranbir's characters having a face-off. Also starring Rashmika Mandanna, the film is all set to release in theatres on December 1.
