However, perhaps the most serene of all is Pangong Tso, a lake about 6 hours from Leh, located at an elevation of about 14000 feet. On a good day, the water of the lake can be so still that it may well reflect the heavens

From the tips of its mountains to the roots of its trees, The Land of the Mystic Lamas seems to yell ‘anything is possible.’ And the people who repeatedly survive harsh winters relay the same message

From the beautiful mountains with their distant snow clad peaks, to the small lush patches of green, every single sight leaves the viewer with a sense of hope

From the moment the landscape is visible from the air, it is plain to see that a glance in any direction will reveal a sight to behold. The first step off the aircraft brings with it the fresh mountain air and a promise that this trip will be like no other

It’s true, Leh-Ladakh really is a photographer’s paradise, for each frame conveys a different story. But with all that it carries, no picture can ever accurately portray the pristine beauty of Leh
