Nestled in the lobby of The Venetian, Sala 118 draws inspiration from the 118 islands of Venice. The bar and lounge offer a three-chapter cocktail menu featuring aperitivos, negronis, and classics with a twist. The lion fountain dispenses a house blend of bitters and vermouth.

5. Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery

This Vegas-born ice cream haven, named after a playful fauxpology, has opened its third location at 3239 Bicentennial Parkway, Suite 100, in Henderson’s Inspirada community.
