Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has finally announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination 2023 on July 25, 2025. The release comes as a major relief to thousands of aspirants who had been waiting for a long time, amid delays caused by changes in the commission’s leadership.

This year, a total of 342 candidates have been selected for key administrative roles across the state, including positions such as Deputy Collectors, Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), and other Group A and B officers.

Ashish Akshat has emerged as the topper, followed by Abhay Kumar in second place and Ravi Ranjan Kumar in third. With the declaration of results, successful candidates will now gear up for training and appointments to their respective services.

The recruitment drive aimed to fill 342 vacancies in various departments under the state civil services. To be eligible, candidates were required to hold a graduate degree from a recognized university and be between 21 and 35 years of age as of the cut-off date. Reserved category candidates were provided age relaxation as per government norms.

  2. Click on the link titled “Final Result - JPSC Civil Services Exam 2023”

  3. A PDF file with the list of selected candidates will appear

  4. Use Ctrl + F to search for your name or roll number

  5. Download and save the file for future reference

With the long-pending results finally out, the focus now shifts to the next steps for appointment and training. For the successful candidates, it’s the beginning of a new chapter in public service.
