It would not be wrong to say that Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon were one of the most-loved pairs of the 90s, and their electric chemistry was loved by the audience and their fans. The two were also in a relationship and were even to have been engaged. However, the engagement was called off. But they have remained friends till date.

Now, at a recent award show, both Akshay and Raveena shared the stage. The two were invited to an event in the city for an award show. While Raveena looked stunning in a Shantanu Nikhil dress, Akshay kept it casual. During the award ceremony, Akshay won an award and it was none other than Raveena who presented the award to him.

A video is also doing the rounds on social media where they can be spotted sitting together and are busy catching up.

Meanwhile, in an earlier interview with ANI, Raveena had talked about her relationship with Akshay Kumar and said, “It comes up, and it comes up like there’s a war between everyone whom he’s involved with. Hello, once I had moved out of his life, I was already dating someone else, and he was already dating someone else, so kahan se jealousy ayegi (where will jealousy come from)?”

She had added, “We were a hit pair, during ‘Mohra’, and even now, when we bump into each other socially, we all meet, we all chat. Everyone moves on. Girls have been changing their boyfriends every week in colleges, but one engagement that has broken is still stuck in my head, I don’t know why. Everyone moves on, people have divorces, they move on, what’s the big deal?”

Meanwhile, Raveena, who recently bagged the Padma Shri Award for her contribution in the field of Arts, will next be seen in ‘Aaranyak 2’. Akshay, on the other hand, has several films lined up including ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, ‘OMG 2’, ‘Soorarai Pootru’ remake, ‘Hera Pheri 3’ and C Shankaran biopic.
