Rohit Shetty and Ranbir Kapoor are coming together for the first time. Pictures of Ranbir Kapoor donning a police uniform have taken social media by craze. To add to that, in those pictures, there is a picture of Rohit Shetty giving a fist bump to Ranbir Kapoor sporting the aforementioned police uniform. Not only that, Ranbir Kapoor is even seen sporting a moustached look with a slight beard, which even makes the cop look feel more authentic.
Looking at these pictures, fans of both stars are not able to contain their excitement, as they all predict that the ‘Animal’ star is entering the cop universe with this.

Cop Universe
Rohit Shetty began the cop universe back in 2011 with ‘Singham’ starring Ajay Devgn and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead. With the movie becoming a massive hit, the filmmaker came up with the sequel ‘Singham Returns’ in 2013. This time, alongside Ajay Devgn, there was Kareena Kapoor. After a few years, Rohit Shetty returned to the franchise with ‘Simmba’ in 2018 starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan. The film also featured a cameo by Ajay Devgn. Next up was ‘Sooryavanshi’ which was to be released in 2020, but got pushed to 2021 due to the pandemic. The film starred Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, with cameos from Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn.

Now, Rohit Shetty is set to come up with ‘Indian Police Force’ starring Siddharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi in the lead roles. It’s set to release on Amazon Prime Video soon. Side by side, Rohit Shetty has also started shooting for ‘Singham Again’. This time he has brought Ajay Devgn not just brought back the stars who were already there in the cop universe, but also added a few more. Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor have also joined ‘Singham Again’.
With Ranbir Kapoor teasing this cop look and shooting with Rohit Shetty, it just feels natural for the fans to think that he too is going to be a part of the cop universe. But, will he?
