Ronth - July 22 (JioHostar)

Starring Dileesh Pothan and Roshan Mathew, the Malayalam police drama revolves around a sub-inspector and a rookie cop, who confront moral and personal dilemmas answering multiple calls during their shift.

Letters From The Past - July 23 (Netflix)

Starring Gökçe Bahadır, Onur Tuna, and Selin Yeninci, among others, the upcoming drama is about a young woman discovering a series of letters, which connect the past to the present. To unravel the truth, she is on a mission to trace down the original recipients of the letters.

The Sandman: Season 2 Volume 2 - July 14 (Netflix)

Season 2 of The Sandman is set after the events of Volume 1. It shows Dream facing the consequences of his actions, his bond with his son, Orpheus, and his decisions to protect his realm. The fantasy drama is based on Neil Gaiman's comic books of the same name.

Happy Gilmore 2 - July 25 (Netflix)

The sports comedy is a sequel to Happy Gilmore (1996). The story revolves around retired golfer Happy Gilmore, who makes his comeback to the sport after a long gap of 29 years after winning his first Tour Championship. He returns to golf to raise funds for his daughter's education. Adam Sandler, Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald, Ben Stiller, and Dennis Dugan are reprising their respective roles.

Mandala Murders - July 25 (Netflix)

Headlined by Vaani Kapoor, the murder mystery thriller is produced by YRF Entertainment and directed by Gopi Puthran and Manan Rawat. It also stars Vaibhav Raj Gupta, Surveen Chawla, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Siddhanth Kapoor, Rahul Bagga, Raghubir Yadav, and Monica Choudhary, in key roles. Set in the mysterious town of Charandaspur, it revolves around two detectives who investigate a chilling conspiracy of secret killings.

Sarzameen - July 25 (JioHotstar)

Sarzameen, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Kajol, and Ibrahim Ali Khan, is about a family, torn between love for each other and duty towards the motherland. Ibrahim plays Kajol and Sukumaran's on-screen son.

Rangeen - July 25 (Amazon Prime Video)

Rangeen is about identity, morality, tangled emotions, trust, and personal awakening. The series stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Rajshri Deshpande, Taaruk Raina, and Sheeba Chaddha.

Theatrical releases this week

Hari Hara Veera Mallu - July 24

Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 - Sword vs Spirit, directed by Jyothi Krisna, stars Pawan Kalyan in the titular role, alongside Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Nargis Fakhri, among others. The story revolves around fictional legendary outlaw Veera Mallu. The action drama will have special premiere shows in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on July 23, and will hit theatres on July 24.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps - July 25

It is the second reboot of the Fantastic Four film series. The cast includes Pedro Pascal as Mr Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as the Thing. The superhero film is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.

Mahavatar Narsimha - July 25

Directed by Ashwin Kumar, Mahavatar Narsimha is filled with breathtaking visuals, high-octane scenes, and compelling narrative. This is the first tale in Mahavatar series and first animated movie based on the story of Bhakt Prahlad and his devotion to Lord Vishnu. The story revolves around the demon Hiranyakashyap, who seeks revenge against Lord Vishnu and how Vishnu, in the form of Narsimha defeats him.

Thalaivan Thalaivii - July 25

The upcoming Tamil romantic action comedy stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen in the lead roles. It has been directed by Pandiraj, and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.
